it is luigi and go to big boos haunt and go to the balcony but dont battle the boo, before
you go in the door leading to himm look near the door you came in and you will fimd a
luigi painting, jump into it and get to the end, battle the boo and win to git da kee and
go to luigis door and put da kee in and u have kuigi

all you need is an action replay and it beets the game for you. It's awsome and it gives
you cool cheats and stuff just buy one there like 15.00$Good luck:)

I have no clue where boo is but i've unlocked the 3rd floor!!!!

in the backyard hit the big ghost and walk up to the cage and go up to the balkony you
have to go to the door on the second floor find the door with the bookshelf and a table
next to t wall jump off the wall go through the door you will see a picture of luigi jump
in it
