I'm on the first castle in level 8 and I've gotten to bowser but cant beat him. i hit it with turtles but it won't die he just faints...do i have to hit him on the head or make him fall or something??

I have tried everything to get that last gold coin in the house/castle between W4-4 and W4-5 and I cannot figure it out. I can see it but cannot figure out how to get to it? I have every coin in every level of W4 but this one! Please help?
