This is something I found while I was fishing on The Legend of Zelda Ocarina of Time 3D

So to do this you have to stand by the sign (The one near the pond). Now try to aim for the fisherman (the one behind the counter).

If you cast the rod with the hat and it lands on the water......

You will just have to figure that out for yourself. =b

I have done this before(before i saw this)and there is a way to lose his hat, but it will cost 20-50 ruppies, so make sure you have that! Just simply take his hat and play with it in the water and it will fall and sink in the water! But bad part, he will take your ruppies because you did this. Note: it will stay like this through the game so catch it on video or something because if you don't, you will have to make another profile and do it again. Enjoy!
