Sogwood Forest 4-4 Chest: Doctor's Extras


Where's the chest? I know that it has to be in a different room because it doesn't show up on Moe's Sniffer, but which room and where?

When you are at the door leading to the room right before the boss room go down to the
water and go back you will find a door
