i shot him with the water gun, and went back to talk to optimum alfred. Then my goal was

Well, it helps if you go in your ratsuit i find but with the water gun you should try
filling it up and moving that red thing on the water gun side to side to pump the power -
also 1 more thing that might help is once you have him on the screen press the red aim
botten on the water gun - shoot 5 individual times - hope this helped - by the way i have
just comleeted the whole game in about a week - yay bye
