first, u have to become the ratticator. you can buy the building permit in the city hall
too the rat cave, or just wait until tristan builds it. Then, transform into the rat
costume, sneak up on the alien, and scare them. next, use the wolf button, to "ratarang"
them. then send them to jail. If the aliens see u, they will go away, but come back.
