this is in the saloon rooms. yeah jebs room. when you slip under the rooms in that ark place. well if you dont know how to get out you need to either quit the game(hopefully save it first) or wait until you badly need a shower/toilet/drink/ food/bed. then if you stay there until you sanity goes down, you do to jail, but this doesnt matter coz you dont get recorded lol
