I'm not sure if this will help anyone, but here is how you restrain, cheer up, calm down, stop people from from being loopy, and to have romace with people:

Cheer up:

1) hold arms out at you = hug
2) crying = console
3) holding arms against chest and looking at your sim = pep talk ( I think that's what it is)


Calm down:

1) hold one hand in your sims's face = the one on the right hand side ( I completely forgot what it is!)
2) one fist pointing at you = beg
3) both arms in the air = calm hands

Restrain:

1) both arms up on the side = steady
2) leaning down to one side = stop
3) standing up ( I think with arms out in front) = the one on the left hand side ( I forgot what this one was too!)

Romance:

1) leaning forward = kiss
2) quickly moving arms up and down = dance
3) moving hands in a "swifty" way (pushing to one side) = laugh

I think I covered most of them! Anyway, I hopw this helps to Sims 2 Ds gamers!!!
