brush the arrow downwards twice

stroke fast enough and atleast 5 times

well when you brush, stroke the way the arrow goes but make the stroke short. I had the
same problem and I finally got the hang of it. I still get grumpy when I have to brush the
cat/dog!!! haha

I have the same problem...the dog or cat just gets all frustrated, and then the owner gets
pissed...grrr

You need to hold down the left button at the back of the ds too don't you?

Ok first of all get the brush

Second do gentle short strokes

Third you have to hold L or R

Fourth its best if you hold the ds sideways

And last only do it twice

i found out how to brush the cat. You have to hold the right bummper thing on the ds and
then use your pen thing and rub it with the arrow
