You need to fish at the right time of day. the cow cod i found by the pool of water next
to mrs weeder at full sun, and the puferfish in the first phase of night. Good luck!

I also foung the cow cod in the pool of water by the gardner in mid day and I found the
pufferfish when the sun was out spear fishing in the ocean I didnt find him at nite.

they are crazy. lol . you are never goin to find it

You find the pufferfish near the s.o.s at midnight excatly, you also have to wait a while
and not spear the other fishs because the puffer fish only shows when he thinks it safe.

lols i just found a pufferfish just now, i went to the SOS place. I just waited for a
while, then it came out :P it doesnt have to be at midnight.

i can't find a pufferfish but...If ur looking 4 a cowcod the look in the lake/pond/pool of
water (whatever u call it) at mid-day to sundown (u will NOT find it at any other time
(TRUST ME))

i found a cowcod by the SOS trying to get a pufferfish it was at night.
