The Sims 2: Castaway Q&A

I thought I needed to give the chef some medication from the doctor in order to make him happy enough to take the peppers. How do I make him happy enough to take the peppers so I can move on? I am so stuck on this.

I am unable to find a goatfish and a blow fish I have fished at every spot at every time and still unable to find one. Please help
