eventually, mine came up with the option: propose to try for baby so I clicked nd my
stomach was swollen for like. 5 days till I selected option: give birth nd the green
triangle popped into a smaller vesion nd I had my 4th baby!

Look ok if u want a true answer I'm srry u can't have a baby on sims 3 ds it's rated e so
they can't woohoo if u want a baby this is all u can do

1- go to the store and get the sims rated teen
2- get sims 3 ambitions on iPod touch
3- get it on computer (haven't tried that)

Hint-
1- if u want a baby on sims ambitions be married
And ur meter bar have to be high
2- if u have a baby on sims ambitions ur baby
Will become a toddler and u need to care of ur
Baby or they will take it away and u can never
Have 1 again

I hope this all helped u guys 

One more thing

Those of u who r thinking of getting sims 3 ambitions I should warn u it has a freezing
problem my sims screen has been frozen for 3 days

If u want any more hints ask me and I will tell u what u need to do I check this website
every couple days so I will try to help u as much as I can
