To steal money you have to have a certain type its called kilptomatic then thats how ya

To steal money you need to have a certain trait called kilptomatic and that how ya steal
money it worked for me i hope this helped :-)

You don't need the skill kiplomatic, my sim doesn't, but it does hhave the trait evil and
work for the criminal centre, anyway, you go into a sims house, when they are in - not in
the same room then click on a worktop, it should say steal, you will get money from it but
the worktop will sadly stay there lol, or another option, you can be friend them, then go
to the frigd make something, then before your sim(s) put the food on the oven, click x
under the action/ what are you doing icon, it will put it on the side and then click it
again and choose steal... Hope my info helped you :)
