You Can't


If you own the d. S. Version then you cant have children. I think for the wii you can have
children but im not sure.

You can on 3ds


I have the 3ds version and u can have kids its rated t for teen though this is rated e and
u can have kids by being romantic to ur spouse for 20 sim days and then u can woohoo/ try
4 baby
