The Worms one is simple, because they give you a lot of time before, the guilt enters the
heart. Just freeze them with your laser in large numbers and cut them with your Scapel,
keep doing this about three times and prevent them from escaping from the top. Once they
tell you it's small enough then take them out with your biceps (freeze with laser before
attempting to take out.) It's quite an easy surgery for Rank S and the time limit is not a
problem.

SPIDER:
DO NOT USE HEALING TOUCH AT THE BEGINNING OF THIS OPERATION!!!! USE IT WHEN I TELL YOU TO
AT THE END OF THIS P***AGE>
The spider one is first introduced on the boat, when you see Angie's father, you are
willing to save him and so you will. It's easy, so just keep using your scapel to cut the

will get over. Then the healing touch will appear even if you do not access it. NOW ( ) Healing touch will activate BY ITSELF in the end. BUT it is still too slow to destroy
the spider SO NOW click on the star and you will discover you can activate a double
healing touch. NOW do you understand if you activeted the healing touch in hte beginning
then you can't do it in the end and hence fail to complete the operation
