im at the beginning of the game and i have a surgery with multiple anurisms on the large intestine, and i have to suture the vessel.. i remove the problem and drain the blood and try suturing.. but i get nowhere. im stuck idk what to do plz help.

Unregistered 0	0 but once you have got past the 2nd lot of problems the patient keeps dying as vi... but once you have got past the 2nd lot of problems the patient keeps dying as vitals drop. so you have to use your healing hand and be really really quick to operate but you can only use the healing hand once an operation, to access this you tap the hand icon twice and draw a star symbol.and time will stop.
