im at the beginning of the game and i have a surgery with multiple anurisms on t im at the beginning of the game and i have a surgery with multiple anurisms on the large intestine, and i have to suture the vessel.. i remove the problem and drain the blood and try suturing.. but i get nowhere. im stuck idk what to do plz help.
