i cant do the bit when you get the star and walk across those spikey things (whatever they are)!!!! i cant seem to get the 3rd star!!!! plz help me! plz plz plz!

i'm to the 3rd checkpoint, and go right a little ways. I get to the flower thats stuck by blockes, does anyone know how to get that flower? i've looked all over and tried jsut about all i can think of. Please let me know. Thanks
