If you look for a 3 star duelist in the 2nd city that should be her

If you look in the Second City, she should be there. I've beaten this Game before, and I'm
now looking for her. I just can't find her this Third time. When I was playing this Game
on my First File, I found her in the Day-Time. I don't think she'll appear in the
Night-Time. And for me, the first 2 times I found her, she was 5-Star. The other guy said
she's a 3-Star. I'm not sure, but I'm friends with Yami Yugi now, so whenever I see a
5-Star, it's always Yami Yugi. If I see a 5-Star who I don't know, it should be her.
