How do i beat world 4-2?

i want to know how to kill the boss? it is very tough and wastes a lot of time... i am currently trying to get out of the mushroom forest how do i do it?

I kept jumping then I- wait I went through the wall,then Istarted to fall and died.

Think of new items for the game,here's mine:
1.Speed shell
2.Water mushroom
3.backpack (parachute inside)
4.Flutter boots
5.Ice flower
6.Boomerang

I don't know how to get past Wario.
