Go to travel map. Then go to safiras plea and pass the whole thing. When she says a reward for passing it accept it and you'll get some xp and gold. then until you reach the syphoon vamp die. then go back to safiras plea and say run away. you'll end up with high health so you can battle monsters with high hp :)
