In a fight start out with fairygod mother summoned and get your pally pet out.

your pally hits for 30-6minimum, an heals 10hpvaout 20 for me f maed, and god mother 5% of you hp/mana.You can also get the hp draining blade from the vamp castle for more healing. (even the blade/spear/dagger/staff of awe have a chance to heal
