First go and do the leeyroy quest and farm those 2 pots u get at the beggining ( u kill 1 lil tiny vampragon for 2 hp/mp pots)
Second once u got all the pots u think u will need go to dragonspine or w/e and talk to ganoth and get the scale rot spell
Third get the kigns dual light wepon from werewolf (it regens hp and sp on speceal so its usefull .. kinda)
Forth go find a dragon and kill it (if guardean it may be easyer to do the dragon thing in tower)
5th if ur a guardean again get the necro robe and die b4 u fight a dragon cos then
For 1 u can drain his hp and up urs ... for 2nd the dual light steals their sp and adds 2 ur hp and sp .third most dragons suck at ligt so when no sp and no pots the undead assult thing cost 0 sp so u just charge in with that and if the battle looks epic enough u may get a full heal (and if u r on dragon stage u can take guardean angel)
