You might know that the quest in the attic with Finch is for making food, but you get you level up if you fight all the monsters. Here is a list of all the things you need to get and where you can get it from.

1. Fraction of a Frakencarrot (level 15 and up)
Go to Travel Map in Battleon and press on The Farm
You will meet Zorbak and Seahawk. But first press on Go to Seahawks Shack. Press more when you talk to Zorbak until you get to the farm. Then talk more and then when it says let Seahawk do whatever he wants to do, press that and you will attack the Mutant Zombie Vetegables. The carrot is first.

2. Seed Spittler's Leaf
Go to Artix and Twilly(press on them until you get him saying hello), Press on HELLO and then press heard any rumors and press hunt the seed spittler. (Another hint, stay there and meet a girl and press on her shield after you finished the fight).

3.Snayl Tail
This is really easy. Go to the Lounge in the attic and then press next room and u will be at a room that has a potion and a mouse hole in the wall. Drink the potion and you will shrink and press on the mouse hole and you will be going to battle a snayl(only one). press on the tail and you have a snayl tail for your quest.
After you get all of those, go back to the attic and Bishop will make the salad and then do the other items that are longer are harder to find especially the Power Armor Power Supply from a drakel wihich is the X on him.
