Hints - Drakel Black Market!

Ok, to have access to the Drakel Black Market listen up.
Go to the inn, and in the next room over is this elf with a bandanna thing over his eyes. you ask him your fate and he blabbers on about nothing. after hes done talking go outside and ask twilly and Artix if they heard any rumors. Do that quest and go back to the elf.
When you talk to him there will be a new button that says Drakel Black Market and there ya go.
