Walkthrough - Easy $$$ and Exp

 The easiest way I found to getting $$$ (enough to get the Nightmare set, and close to the
Shadow set) Go to Fairwind Springs and click on the stone thing in the middle of the pond.
You will usually fight a monster, that sometimes afterwards gives you a Treasure Hoard.
Also with the monster fights, my lvl 84 guy gets around 1,000+ exp per monster usually.
