When you load the map and are in the hospital, enable
any mpcheat code to get any gun. Go to the nurses station
where the two nurses are talking. Shoot either one of them. They
will fall on the ground and appear dead. The option to talk to
them will still appear. Press [Use] to talk to them. Look
at their face, and it will move, their mouth will open, and you
will hear them talk.

To gain infinite ammo on all weapons, simply type Mpcheat paramsammo 1 into the console during a game.

Bring up the console with the ~ key then type in:

mpcheat changeclass
