I'm using Vista, and once I reach Local.ini and make the change, an error box pops up and says "Cannot create the C:\Program Files (x86)\PlayLogic\Ancient Wars - Sparta\Sparta\local.ini file.

I've bought the game and have it ages, but it just refuses to play on the computer.
The game loads the trailer plays perfectly without skipping.. but the game is constantly stopping & stalling. Jumping and totally freezing!
