whats the difference between the no chat and chat servers (I KNOW ONE CAN CHAT)

Do you lose connection less in the chat servers???
more or less the the non chat servers???

DarkSide_32 0	0 ,... the purpose of the no chatting ones is for the people who signed up and were younger then 13. Like if u signed up and u where younger then 13 they will only allow u to go on to the non chatting servers.If u lie and say u are older then 13 then yes u can go onto the chatting server.
