You can report but it wont do much because he never did anything wrong and never showed
any sign of hacking. he said giving away an account but not that he wants an account
back.I'm not a moderator here but im pretty sure theres nothing wrong with what he
said.....just sayin.....

But you aren't allowed to give away your account at all cos they might find out his e-mail
address if you know what I mean.

To be honest, it isn't. I allow account giveaways. Sure, they might find out your email
account, but it isn't too likely they'll spam you or anything. If they do, there's a
reason the spam folder exists.

Ham made the rules, and he says its ok.. so its ok :)
There wasn't actually any rules on this page before Ham was a Mod.
Besides when Naruto was Mod.

Zin'ya is in charge of the whole site.

Zin'ya hasn't exactly set much rules for any pages.
He set a rule a long time ago (On this page) about anyone who posted a Question saying
they could train accounts, the question would be deleted. But its not like a he has a
whole list of rules for each and every page.

If you would've been on this page a while back, you would get what i'm talking about.
(It was quite a while back. Things have changed)

Rules on most of the site are pretty lenient. Basically, no spamming/scamming, no
profanity, and stay on-topic and you're good. This doesn't count as spam/scam and it
doesn't fit any of the other two categories, so it's allowed.

can i please have it i have been waiting 5 years for mem my mom said she would get it for
christmas then my b day but never got it i need member account
