If this is the elevator that is after the fight in the gladiator ring where you had to use
the remote batterang to hit the switch and unlock the door, there are three motors around
the elevator that will move the elevator. One right in front of it, one on the right side
of it and the third inside the elevator. Are you using the quick fire combo, lt+b (i
believe on the pc you can also double hit the number key corresponding to the number
weapon), to activate it or the right pad to select the electric gun and then lt+rb? I used
the latter and didn't have any problems. I am not sure if the quick fire will raise it. I
first raised it by itself by firing the remote electric gun on the motor infront of the
elevator. Perhaps try that before going into the elevator and see if it will go up? Also,
while on the elevator, be sure to shoot the motor in the back of the elevator. If you have
bat vision on, you will see all three but if you try shooting the others while inside the
elevator, you may be hitting the wall when it looks like you are hitting the motor. When
inside the elevator, you have to use the motor in the back of the elevator.
