If you use all your heroes stamina.Go to your base or a quiet place with no enemy attacks.Do not pick the hero you want regain stamina and it wil have a break from enemy attacks and then it will regain stamina.You can also do this to your other or all units too.Butif your in your base you may need some other units to protect them that are still regaining stamina Note:You can also regain there health!!
