no you cant add kenji into your keep it getting out in your peasant house

You can only get him out in Kenji's Journey when you get in the Serpenthlohm.

kenji is a serpent remember he is seeking the orb when villigers saw him that he killed
his own father look at rag of the father a serpent sign

build keep while the peasant hut is generating for the next peasant (make sure that your
population is 39/40)
then when the keep is finished make sure that the peasant hut is finished at the same time
