There is no such armor called shadow form,but there is a armor called shadow cloak. Its a
uber that costs 700000.AND YOU CAN NEVER GET IT FOR FREE.

Light: 85%
Darkness: 85%
LOL it is not a uber.Its a lesser uber.Valhallan is the uber and Asgardian is the
epic.(they all look the same)
If you are talking about the whole set(with the shield)
Fire: 74%
Water: 58%
Wind: 58%
Ice: 58%
Earth: 58%
Energy 70%
Light: 83%
Darkness: 83%
