Go to My DocumentsMy GamesBorderlandsWillowGameConfig and open WillowGame.ini. Search for "bDemiGodMode" (without quotes) and change it to bDemiGodMode=true. You'll take damage, but you'll stay on at least 1 health no matter how long you're getting attacked for.
