Unregistered 0	0 prefectures buid prefecture.evertime a prefect passes your building the risk of fire goes to zero, but that doesnt mean it wont burn anymore.the risk will raise agen slowly.its located in the military menu. Posted: sep 19, 2007 2:58 am Best answer
