During gameplay type:

you will not see the word being typed on the screen, but once you have typed the word you will get Coordinates in the upper left corner of the screen. Once Debug mode is enabled you can use the following key commands:

CTRL = Run Faster
Shift+S = Slow Motion
Shift+T = Shows Frame Rate
