well I hate to say on Catz 5 you can't clean the lid up after you take it off and the
object is gone... same with any of the Petz 5 editions...

lol I have experienced this problem many times. Okay, the only thing that I can think of
is reinstalling you're game, and I don't think that's worth it, just for a gift box ! But
if you do reinstall it, be sure to keep you're petz' files some where safe just incase,
and/or any downloaded toyz/clothez/breedz/ect

Keep taking gift boxes out eventually you will get a lidless one. Then put the lid back
one. I've done this loads of times.
