how did that stop un registered users from comeing?

It's simple. There are no unregistered people in Cheatsguru Community(conditions apply) . Every single one of them is simply a registered user logged out. Honestly it's absurd how people seem to actually assume random people browsing the web just wander into Cheatsguru Community and start trolling, trying to influence community affairs, post random posts in an attempt to be funny, or act like a regular user would. On the extremely rare occasion that an honest unregistered found the community, they would say something along the lines of "what's this page", or "how do I get an account?". Then there's the also rare event of someone who thinks getting an account is too much bother and stay as an unregistered for a few weeks at most, but they usually say they're name in every post, like blackfox or K~9.

Oh, but to answer your question, in the context that Anthony is using. He implies that unregistered people have stopped coming because they were all Danny, who hasn't been bothered to mess around while signed out lately.
