I think only admins can start it off. If more admins are made (which I suggest), then it can run very smoothly.

Also, the only reason I dislike invisionfree is I can never think of a good signature. :(

Yeah, we'll really need more admins then. This might make Invisionfree a bit harder to deal with; we'll be having a whole bunch of requests on what thread to make, since the users can't make the topic themselves.
