Here are mine
Mighty Jack (Banjo tooie): he is just plain creepy looking and he sounds like daffy duck o_o
The great might poo (cronkers bad fur day): What more is there to say, unless you haven't played the game you probably didn't notice he's LITERALLY A GIANT PIECE OF CRAP THAT SINGS THE OPERA.
Giygas (earth bounds): He's fetus...nuff said. And did I mention that his lines are from a traumatic movie the creator of the game saw as a child. I'm not kidding look it up.
Pyramid head (silent hill)... too lazy to explain why.

oh also psycho mantis (metal gear solid): he's a damn MINDFCK. During the game he says what games you play on your memory card. I am not kidding. Also he make those pictures laugh in the game O-o.
Also Sorrow from MGS was pretty creepy.

Name: propogator from Final Fantasy 8
Reason: Besides looking hideous (and lets face it, the PS 1 graphics don't help) this series of bosses only die for good if you kill 2 of the same colour.. this boss would be an absolute nightmare if you were colour blind.

Also Sorrow from MGS was pretty creepy. Psycho Mantis was made to screw with the players' minds. Unless I am mistaken, the player must remove their controller from the first socket and plug it into the second to break his "psychic connection".
This usage of the controller was named the Most Innovative Use of a Controller by this one award thing, I think.

Some guy in Bioshock who made you go around killing people and taking pictures of them for his masterpiece thing, and he teleports, and plays haunted music on his piano you can always hear on the level. Also, if you don't kill him before you leave the theater level then you meet him later in his house, which is a bad encounter.

Stagnow from Legend of zelda spirit tracks. Why you ask? Well you have to slash his behind and when he starts flying he sends out bomb bugs from his rear.

I did a better list, in no particular order.
Sander Cohen - Bioshock

A poet, composer, sculptor and playwright residing in (as well as ruling over) Fort Frolic. Following the descent of Rapture into chaos, he went mad and became sadistically impassive to the deaths and suffering of others. The Splicers within his dominion are subject entirely to his whims, whether in life or death. All around Fort Frolic can be seen examples of his 'art'; plaster models of splicers who are in fact horrifically murdered splicers coated in plaster.
Darth Sion - KotOR II

Basically a rotting corpse that is being held together by the power of the Dark Side. With mottled, cracked grey skin, lots of rotting holes in his flesh, and one disgustingly milky eye. According to the producer, Darth Sion does not fear death, as death would be a blessing to him.
Skorge - Gears of War 2

Skorge was the high priest of the Kantus and lead general of Locust forces after RAAM's death in the aftermath of the Lightmass Offensive. He wielded a Gorgon Burst Pistol, Ink Grenades, and the Dual Chainsaw Staff. He'd lead Locust forces against Gears at Landown city during Operation: Hollow Storm and nearly destroyed Jacinto city with his sinking cities strategy but met his end outside Jacinto's gates at the hands of Marcus Fenix.
Saren - Mass Effect

An elite member of the Spectres gone rouge, Saren allied himself with the robot race of Geth and the galaxy threatening machines, the Reapers. With the sole intentions of continuing to live if he serves the Machines, Saren has no lines he won't cross. Though he may seem to be a genuine turian, in your final fight with him it's revealed how extensively he's modified his own body, to the extent of being basically machine himself.
Leviathan - Dead Space

Picture doesn't do it justice: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=FRNvzUI-aCk
As you make your way through the game's early levels this grotesque creature often tries to drag you to your death with its giant tentacles. The final confrontation takes place in zero gravity.
Gorea - Metroid Prime Hunters

With it's ability to copy everyone's powers, it's strength, it's form, and the whole location where it survives, the final boss of Prime Hunters is a bit of unsettling face off. Maybe the fact I was fighting him at 2 AM in the morning made it a bit more imposing.
:)

exactly, and what else disturbs me is that in the game your actually giving him an abortion in the past. That means Giygas lair is actually... a vagina.

I hated this boss. He was annoying, but yet I loved the game
The final boss of Super Paper Mario(forgot its name): If you've seen it, you would know why. But also, (personal opinion coming) it prevented me from using Luigi, who was my favorite to use.
Super Paper Mario had a LOT of FCKED UP bosses(Mimi, Brobot, etc.)
