Sense top 10 lists are everywhere on YouTube, I decided to make a thread of top 10 lists for video games. I'll start with a top 10 most disturbing boss list.

Rules for this (but not any of yours unless you wanna use them) list.
Only one entry per franchise
I didn't have to play the game it came from
Disturbing doesn't just mean scary

Also, all of this is my opinion, which is gonna differ from yours.

Number 10, Dark Moray from Sonic Unleashed.
This boss is disturbing for a few reasons. First is it's attack. It has a freezing breath attack. Not being able to fight can be a bit frightening for some people. The other thing is how it reacts to damage. when enough damage is done to it, the green things on it burst like zits!

Number 9, Mad Jack from DK 64.
He's common on these lists on YouTube and I can see why! First of all, he's a monster-duck-in-a-box. That terminator eye also is a bit unnerving. He also has a Donald Duck voice which really does not belong on a monster! Finally, he throws fireballs and lasers to attack, and he goes invisible too! Invisible things really are dangerous!

Number 8, Pyramid Head from Silent Hill 2 (I don't have this game.)
This guy is also a frequent flier on these lists. From what I heard, he hunts you down, slashes you with his big *** sword, and then process to **** your corpse. I'd rank him higher but one thing tones down the scare factor for me, the dude is an ideot. He has to drag his sword on the ground. Rule of thumb, if you have to drag your weapon you need a lighter one.

Number 7, Zero from Kirby's Dreamland 3.
(Zero 2 almost made it) This guy is seriously messed up. First of all, he's a gigantic eyeball. Second, he shoots blood as an attack. This is a kids game! Third, when his eyeball form is defeated, the pupil engages you in combat. How does it enter? It comes out of the eyeball in a big and bloody explosion. All I have to say is, what the ****?!

Number 6, Primal Dialga from Pokemon Mystery Dungeon, Explorers of Time/Darkness/Sky.
Here's my problem with this guy. He is a psychopath and he is brutal. First of all, he's trying to prevent history from being changed, which is a good thing to change due to the state of the future. He'll try to kill (or as the game puts it, eliminate) anyone that tries to change history, and he's got a bunch of underlings to do the deed. Also, in the fifth special episode on the Sky version, he mercilessly attacks Dusknoir after he disobeys an order, and it kinda looks like Rule 34.

Number 5, Giygas from Earthbound (I do not have this game.)
This guy is often number one on these lists, but for different reasons. Most people put him on these lists either because of the form with the fetus or because he's from a **** movie scene. Those don't make me put him on this list. What does creep me out about him is that he can control minds and inanimate objects, meaning he could have taken over you and made you commit suicide at any time. The other thing is the music. It's a frigging sci-fi/horror combo organ with creepy breathing ! If you want a sample, click the link. " >

Number 4, Arbiter from Legend of Zelda, Twilight Precess.
Where do I start with this one? He can make zombies come from the ground, he can shoot fire, you have to hit his vertebra to defeat form one, form two is a floating head, and he's reanimated because Zant stabbed him in the head with his sword.

Number 3, Petey Piranha from Super Mario Sunshine.
Not so much as scary as disgusting. He pukes up mud as an attack. Also, his weak point is his bellybutton. This guy is just plain old gross and he makes me wanna puke. Whoops! There goes my lunch!

Number 2, Jenova from Final Fantasy 7 (I don't have this game.)
This one is somewhat common on these lists, and be thankful I didn't get a picture of her chest. This.....whatever the **** it is is seriously disturbing. She can change her shape at will, which can let her look just like Sepiroth. Also, in her true form, one of her breasts has an EYEBALL . I am not making this up. Did I mention her ability to control Cloud's mind?

And finally, the one boss that tops this list and all other bosses, IMO...

Number 1, Alma from F.E.A.R. (I don't play this game.)
She makes herself common on these lists as well. This ***** is also known as "the mother of the Apocalypse." I will not reveal anymore about her, because she scares the **** out of me! If you wanna learn more about her please go on YouTube!

Well, there's my top 10 most disturbing bosses! Leave what you think about it or put your own top 10 list about games!

Seriously, anyone have any opinion on the bosses?

I agree with Giygas and Pyramid Head, though your statements regarding Giygas are incorrect. He can't control those with strong minds (PSI-users, intellectuals, etc.). And actually, the movie that Itoi saw did NOT have a rape scene in it. He thought there was one, but there wasn't.

I'm a huge fan of the Mother series, so I know a lot about the games and what went on during production.

Oh, I never heard that restriction. You wanna make a top 10 gaming list yourself? It doesn't have to be about disturbing bosses. It can be hardest bosses, easiest bosses, funnest levels, WTF moments, ect.

Anyone want to try to post bosses that will out-creep these? It'll be hard to find ones that I'll think will be creepier than the ones already posted.
