New pokemon and type
Nanoleon, Type: Speed, How to evolve: evolve from Eevee when it drinks 5 speed up drinks and reaches level 20 OR when breeding with another pokemon the pokemons speed must be over 100, then the egg will hatch into a new Nanoleon and it's speed will be 50+ (50+what speed eevee is)

Ability: Speed of light: If it is sunny the pokemon will always attack first
abilty2: Reflex defence: Pokemon will defend other pokemon when in double battle if the other pokemons HP is lower than 1/4. And if in a single when pokemons hp is lower than 1/5 it's defence is epicaly raised.

Type: Fly
Abilty: Sky Power: if foes pokemon goes into the sky if pokemon uses a flying type move it will hit.
How to get: Once Eevee reaches lv 20 or over, Fly 50 times and it will come up "Woah Eevee hoped out of it's pokeball!!" then evolution will begin

Okay my drawings aren't the best i can't really draw good on computers, im better free handed.




How to get:
1. Breed a shiny Raichu with a shiny/normal pikachu there is a 50% chance if Only Raichu is shiny but is Pikachu and Raichu are shiny it will always be a Rikachu.
2. Get Raichu to level 50, then teach it one of these 2 moves:
Thunder and/or Volt Tackle

1. Walk with an Eevee for 30,000 steps
2. Breed Eevee with a pokemon that has speed higher than 100, then Nanoleon will hatch and its speed will be 50+
