I don't think that will happen. Since the 360 is based so much on the "hardcore" gamers buying and playing games, they'll play the First-Person Shooters while the rest of the family is in another room playing on the Wii. |

edited by Moderator | dec 08, 2010 10:29 pm The Wii is in a whole different league than Kinect, on so many different labvels. All you've probably heard was "The Kinect is just like the Wii because you move around while playing video games and that immediately makes it like the Wii and thus should be compared to it". |

Actually one of the few TV shows I actually bother watching, "Good Game", had like an hour special on review Kinect games. Involving games like "Kinect Sports", and "Kinectamls", and a whole list of others I already forgot because they were all casual piles of faggotry and fad sapping that looked far too much like Wiisports in HD. I'm not saying it's ripping off the Wii because of the motion-sensor deal, but the games on it are far too familiar. |

Well I didn't think people would buy the most dull witted game I'd ever seen, Wiifit, but look how that went. |

I'm kind of doubtful, but I think there might be potential for something good making use of the no-controllers. It does look pretty responsive on some of the better games, maybe they could make a fighting game where you can do flying height ninja kicks and spaz out for compatible damage in the game. |

I remember the EyeToy for PS2. I'd always use a washcloth or something to win all the games. Easy stuff. |

Much of the uniqueness of the wii has been (figuratively) destroyed by Ps move and Kinect. Right? |

That's not to say that it happens in almost every competitive business in the world, though. If one company does it better than the other, then who cares who did it first? (I don't know how responsive Move is, just saying) |

Are there even games that use Move yet? |

Yeah I kind of have to agree with you Anthony, and I think it could cover all this stuff. No matter how ingenious developers get with this motion sensing, serious gamers are still going to favor sitting on their *** mashing little buttons. It's just the best way to play stuff and the most brain stimulating. |

edited by Moderator | dec 11, 2010 9:52 am While we're talking about TP, I'll go out and say that although it was a great game, it really tried too hard to be like Ocarina of Time to please the older fans, and it had some newer elements to please the casual fans. |

I thought the characters clothes looked cool and gave an enchanting feel to the whole place, but now you mention it the Wolf is kind of boring with like.. two ways to attack and really just overall a random way to compensate for Link being in the Twilight land. |

And the Shadow Fighter things that came back if only one was left was very monotonous. |

Only if you were terrible at fighting them just hold B to kill them all. |
|

Monotonous = repetitive |

I know what it means! Just saying it's not repetitive if you just kill them all. |

Pretty limited, as in how many.. |
