Go to videos or images's website and copy the URL or Embed and post the URL/Embed in massage describe later appears a small placar ask to you to insert a code to put and appears the video/image.

The URL or embed code goes to where you describe yourself in settings. But I don't know where the embed code is for images. Help me with this problemlike a website or something
