I believe every user should withhold the ability to control their personal Shoutbox more efficiently. Being capable of removing certain Shoutbox comments, rather than it being a compulsary action to completely clean out the whole record of acquired posts would be IMO a very commendable upgrade. Comments could each carry an 'x' which would be located on the right of the interior of the box, this be a nice alternate action to constantly having to obliterate all the comments in your Shoutbox to a possible one you were unsatisfied with; cleaning out the entire Shoutbox still being an availability of course.
