To upload avatar in your profile:
1. - click on edit profile(step-1: click on to: go to control panel, step-2:click on
settings and then on edit personal info. When you see "change avatar:"

2. - click on "chosen file" button in "your avatar" field;

3. - select image (image must be have max size 80x80px or under 80x80

4. - and finaly push on "save personal info" buttons

If you want resize images that are over 80x80 px, i would consider using
www.shrinkpictures.com, the tutorial will help around the way.
