u can find rockhopper by going to servers: Mammoth, Blizzard, and Frozen. Check these
servers first. Rockhopper most commonly is found in the Migrator, Town, Beach, Dock,
Iceberg, and Pizza Parlor.u can use trackers but they dont really work. search it up on
google. and when u found him u do get a free background and sometimes a rare item

actually no its not easy to find him. besides its against club penguin's terms of service
to use trackers. they use some kind of software to hack into
club penguin's swf file and automatically rockhopper's id and the server he's on. also
