If you want to work with me to help match couples and that stuff. Reward: I'll get you a couple too.
Here are the ranks/levels:

Rookie: you are just getting trained
Helper: helping me find single penguins
Pro: you are sometimes helping to match them up
Master: if i'm away or stuff like that.... you can be inn charge

Note: For the master rank there is only 3 spots.
