one day just by taking over terrotories and fighting people.you can recriut at any level
you just need to have turns.And raising funds you need lots recruits atlest 10,000 then
you can raise your funds and take over.P.S. don't forget to train your recruits or they'll

the best ways is not to take over countries that is rubbisgh you wait 2 nites get 1
billion still haveing 2000 tuns let then nuke counties i onece got 23 billlion in 1 day

raising funds is pointless unless u just have extra turns however go to the bottom left
hand corner and put 200 turns in it to get lvles
then for money go to battlefield with at least 500 turns and exploit and recruit from the
region (don't do this unless u have over 150,000 recruits)
for recruits go nuke countries they give u money and recruits
